Description
This transceiver complies with Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) connector to allow hot plug application. It is a duplex SFP designed to transmit and receive optical signal in ST 2082-1 (12G-SDI), ST 2081-1 (6G-SDI), ST 424M (3G-SDI),ST292M (HD-SDI), ST 259M (SD-SDI)through two optical fibers. The module is equipped with a single high-speed laser diode provided as light source and a single PIN detector for receiver. An EEPROM contained the detailed product information for the host equipment is accessed by the 2-wire serial CMOS EEPROM protocol. It complies with Class 1 laser products and EN60825-1.
